General Sales Condition
All orders passed by the site patetpat-creations.fr are following the guidelines of the General Sales Condition.
By accepting those GSC, you confirm that you are an adult in your local country, or you have acquired your legal guardian permission. You are also obligated to follow those conditions.
Pat&Pat Creation is reserving the right to modify the General Sales condition at any moment. In that case, the applicable conditions will be the one at the time of the purchase by the buyer.
We are selling in multiple countries, those General Sales Condition applies in the entire world. It is however possible to more applicable laws according to the country where you are living. We are respecting those laws and no articles of these General Sales Conditions shall be considered as a limitation of your rights if concerned rights offer more important rights than those written in the current conditions.
The client is learning about the sales of our product over the website.
In order to buy something, the client shall follow the instructions and fill an order form where his/her personal information such as identification, mailbox address and shipping address if those are different are required. The client must check the elements of the order and correct if any, eventual mistakes then validate the order and the total price including the taxes and shipping cost. To pay for the order, one shall follow the instructions from the ecommerce platform.
The client is responsible for the exactitude related to his personal information.

After the payment of the order, the client will receive a confirmation email. This means that the order has been accepted and that a contract of sale has been made. We recommend you to download and keep this order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject an order for multiple reasons, for example if the personal information are incorrect.
We can also cancel a sale in case the product sought is out of stock. We shall reimburse any paid sum and will inform you of similar product if those are available.
The ordered product shall remain our property until we have received the order paid in full.
The products prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes are included. Except for contrary information on the website, the prices do not include the shipping cost which are indicated separately.
The prices displayed do not include any customs or taxes related to importation. Those cost are taken care of by the buyer, they shall not be reimbursed by us.
The displayed prices can evolve according to manufacturing cost, Pat&Pat Creations reserve the right to modify the prices at any time. Products will be billed at the price displayed on the website when the product is bought.
Methods of payment include Paypal and Visa/Mastercard.
When the payment is done with credit card (Visa/Mastercard), the transaction is immediately taken from the clients’ account after the information verification.
According to legal dispositions, the engagement to pay given with a payment card is irrevocable.
In the case when an order cannot go through, the sale is then forfeited.
5/ SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The products are being delivered at the given address by the client when the order is being processed. Shipping cost are communicated before the acceptance of the order on the website.
The products in stock are usually shipped within the indicated timetable. The estimated date of an order delivery is sent by the confirmation email. In case of any delay, we will inform you and continue to follow the order.
The client is expected to check the packaging and items when the delivery is made. It is the client responsibility to have any complaints anyway he/she may see fit. The client may refuse the delivery if any damage has been done to the packaging. The client must check if the item delivered is the item ordered. In case of non-conformity in expected quality mentioned in the product description, the client must inform the company by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
6/ RIGHTS OF RETRACTION
The client can cancel the order by letting us know within 14 days from the reception day of the order.
The client shall then email at email@example.com us indicating the name, address and order number, along with a description of the products which are concerned by the retraction.
The returns are at the customer expenses, within 14 days of the demand for retraction.
The client is responsible for the state of the products during the return. It is why we ask for the items to be properly packaged, in their original box.
We shall deduce from reimbursement any amount linked to product depreciation in quality.
Delivery cost are reimbursed only if the entire order is being sent back.
The payment for reimbursement shall be made upon proof of return and will be done in the same way payment has been made unless if any modification has been known to us beforehand.
7/ LEGAL WARRANTIES
The client shall benefit from legal warranty linked to the good conformity and from any hidden defects according to the Consumer information code and Civil code.
8/ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its content are owned by Pat&Pat Creations and as such are protected by intellectual property laws. This signifies that anything on this website shall not be copied or used without our consent.
9/ APPLICATION LAW AND LITIGATION
The current document, General Sales Condition are executed and interpreted according to French laws.
In the event of litigation, we shall make every effort to respect any decision taken by the French authorities regarding consumer rights. In case of litigation, the client shall make a priority to find an agreeable solution with Pat&Pat Creations, if that is not possible, only the common rights tribunals shall be competent.
